Truth be told, I was debating posting this reflection because I don’t want folks to misunderstand the message and push through fatigue in a detrimental way. Please note: I know my body well enough that going for the run would ultimately make me feel better, not worse. Learning how to listen to your body requires some trial and error, some noticing, and loving devotion!
